Serco Inc., is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to map/break down business requirements to technical requirements and to come up with a high level design of the proposed solution, present that to clients and stakeholders and also be able to explain this to other team members.
In this role, you will:
Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, and mentor other team members.
Do hands-on programming in specific technologies.
Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.
Design, plan, and coordinate work teams.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 8 years of C#, ASP.NET development experience in building enterprise class web applications
Excellent knowledge of MS-SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML/XSL, SOAP and REST APIs is a must
Strong communication and problem analysis skills to work directly with clients and business units.
US Citizenship is required
Additional desired skills and experience:
Experience working in a fast paced or agile development environment is a plus.
Bachelor's Degree in computer science engineering is highly desired
