Product Operations Manager
*Primary Location: Atlanta GA Other locations will be considered

The Product Operations Manager will be responsible for the technical aspects of road mapping applications for the Advanced Analytics and Services product management organization, including integration and alignment both within and across applications. Successful candidates in this role will enjoy interacting with product teams in a consultative way to deliver real value. They will have deep curiosity for exploring new ways of working and will embrace new challenges with grit and creativity, persisting until the most efficient path to full resolution is clear.
How you will make an impact:
Ensure DB&I portfolio roadmaps are properly integrated, reflect the enterprise roadmap, and call out key dependencies.
Build and maintain integrations between enterprise applications (Aha, Jira, JiraAlign, others).
Represent DBG AAS as a key technical SME, working across the enterprise to develop best practices and influence standards across the organization.
Create high-quality instructional content - job aids, demos, training, and videos.
Onboard new teams to the Aha application and provide support for road mapping tasks.
Share best practices to help product teams set strategy, capture ideas, prioritize work, and create visual roadmaps.
Work with product and development teams to build custom reporting, roadmaps, and standard templates.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BS/BA degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Current or former developer, scrum master, or product owner with at least three years of experience working in a dynamic product development environment.
Experience working with an Agile development process (SCRUM and KANBAN).
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience and subject matter expertise managing Aha, Atlassian and/or other road-mapping products in complex environments.
One or more Aha or Atlassian certifications is a plus.
Strong analytical, organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools and statistical software.
Ability to manipulate large sets of data.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to reach technical and non-technical audiences.
