Job Description:
Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Welder in our Fabrication Shop on 2nd shift . If you also have familiarity and experience with warehousing, shipping, receiving, or delivery coupled with a commitment to great customer service, this is the position for you!
Responsibilities
As a Welder, you will:
Be responsible for welding outlets onto steel pipe to serve the fire sprinkler industry
Perform specialty welding tasks; spool pieces, flanges, etc.
Maintain a clean and safe welding station while conforming to Ferguson's standards of quality and performance
Qualifications
A successful Welder will possess the following:
A minimum of three years of experience
General computer skills
Good communication and customer service skills. Bi-lingual is a plus.
