Summary You will serve as a Program Analyst for the International Programs Directorate (N52) Staff at NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT. Responsibilities You will build efficiencies into International Program Directorate processes, procedures, systems, and products and services. You will promote process improvements and policy changes into the procedures, systems, and products and services associated with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case execution. You will develop new operating policies and processes to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of FMS case execution. You will recommend the appropriate process improvement tools for projects. You will coordinate implementation of new or revised policies and processes within the Directorate and provide specific implementation guidance. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes: 1) Comprehensive knowledge of policies and principles related to supply/logistics support; 2) Analyzing, developing, and recommending process improvement strategies to increase organizational efficiency; 3) Coordinating with external and internal stakeholders to develop logistics policies and processes; and 4) Leading teams to evaluate complex logistics problems and recommend solutions to management.
