Caterpillar's Construction Industries Services Division (CISD) is hiring a Program Manager for the Customer Value Agreements (CVAs) framework covering the Americas - North and South.
This position will manage priority projects and dealer pilot programs for the Integrated Services department within CISD. As a change management champion, this role will pilot new services and offerings in support of growing our Customer Value Agreements (point of sale and aftermarket support agreements) across multiple business partners internally and with our global distribution/dealer network.

JOB DUTIES:
Responsible for localizing, piloting, and scaling services for incorporation within the Customer Value Agreements (CVAs) framework for the Americas - North and South
Lead regional competitive benchmarking and market research to develop an understanding of market requirements and services agreement needs
Understand and translate the voice of customer, voice of dealer, and the voice of the business into critical service and business requirements
Work with frontline partners and dealers to localize and pilot solutions and determine success
Determine new approaches to maximize CVA penetration, value creation, and profitability throughout the equipment lifecycle
Develop local tools and materials, as necessary, to rapidly scale solutions
Track customer satisfaction metrics, services penetration and profitability metrics, and targets for long-term sustainability
Regular direct external contact with suppliers, dealers, customers and internal contact with upper Caterpillar management
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
5+ years marketing, commercial, aftermarket, and/or product support experience
Top Candidates Will Also Have:
Program management experience
Experience and demonstrated knowledge of aftermarket services and agreements
Experience leading services marketing/NPI/New Services Development projects
Process and analytics acumen
High level of interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and positively influence across the matrix
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Additional Information:
Work locations: Chicago, ILPeoria IL; Cary, NC
The position requires 25% - 50% travel
