This position is responsible for completing special projects and performing related work.Conducts scheduled and unannounced security and policy auditsProvides detailed reports and recommendations regarding security practices and processesMonitors security practices for continuity related to institutional levelsActs as subject matter expert regarding security policy and proceduresAssist with review and development of Emergency proceduresResponds to critical incidents as directed, conducts security inspectionsAttends meetings as security representativeCompletes special projects as assignedChairs committees as neededAssist stakeholders as needed to resolve problems related to securityDevelops resources relevant to security operationsOther duties as assignedAll you need for success:Candidates should possess knowledge of systems, tools, policies, procedures, statutes, and operational practices associated with incarcerated offenders.Ability to facilitate and lead groups in a training environment.
