Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
5+ years training development (PowerPoint)
Experience teaching in a classroom setting for adult.
CBT course development experience
OSHA related training experience a must
Experienced in using Success Factor and/or Oracle training software desirable.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Aviation maintenance experience
Teamwork, collaboration, engaging personality and embodiment of All In Waco mentality
Desire to take on additional cross functional project and unique development assignments
Ambition to promote up with in the organization as business needs become available
