Spring 2024 City Scholars Program Dates:
January 17 - May 1, 2024 - Student will work 20 hours per week
The selected student will be a part of our Cat Foresight application team. The team is responsible for testing the functionality of the application and ensuring a high-quality product is delivered. The team writes test automation suite for the application to run automation regression and orchestrate the test pipeline. They are also responsible for Test DevOps and Performance testing of the application.
Basic qualifications :
Must be enrolled full time at the University of Illinois Urbana - Champaign, participating in City Scholars
Expected graduation date on or after August 2024
Minimum cumulative GPA requirement 3.0/ 4.0 (no rounding)
Top Candidates will also have:
Experience with API, React, JavaScript/Typescript, Cypress/Selenium
Leadership experience
Effective time management skills
Ability to learn and comply with company policies and procedures
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where digital is still evolving as a core offering
Passion for technology and an eagerness to contribute to a team-orientated environment
Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas, regardless of the technical capacity of the audience
