This position will perform duties assigned within the training department including but not limited to:
Execute business plans in support of development and training of facility workforce
Provide leadership and assist with the training of Production Technicians
Ability to fill any position and complete any task within assigned team
Assist other departments with problem solving or improvement ideas related to process & quality improvements
Escalate issues and the necessary resources to root cause and develop counter measures
Submit and assist with the resolution of C.P.S. Continuous Improvement cards
Follow standard operating procedures and area specific work instructions
Provide information to supervisors and managers about processes within assigned area
All other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Basic Knowledge of Standard logistics processes and applications
6 months in current position, 1-year minimum of training/leadership experience
Ability to collaborate with multiple value streams
Strong planning & organizational experience
Strong analytical skills
