Star Provider Engagement Strategy & Program Development Director

The Star Provider Engagement Strategy & Program Development Director is responsible for the development and ongoing management of one or more external client facing programs that are multi-state, multi-function and multi-year in scope. Program directors typically support business strategies through an integrated portfolio of external client facing programs, projects and initiatives.
How you will make an impact:
Drive Strategic alignment across programs and with Provider Transformation Team
Provider communications/education/marketing planning
Provider experience partnership
Lead development of progressive provider incentive framework
Develop standard capability models to support providers in maturity to deliver on Star
Standardized framework for Star-related provider engagement activities (gets deployed at regional level)
Typically reports to an executive.
Qualifications
Requirements:
BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of related experience including 5 years of leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred qualifications:
Medicare Star background- highly preferred
Experience with Provider practice in a consultative role
Strategic- ability to define strategy for Providers
Ability to work with all levels within the enterprise
Ability to travel 10%
