The Garden Segment is hiring an Electrical Engineer for our Greenfield, MO facility. This position will initiate, coordinate, and own process improvement initiatives within our Grass Seed and Controls manufacturing environment. This will be accomplished through the design, development, and effective implementation of continuous improvement projects, electrical design expertise to support next-level automation initiatives and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization. This individual will utilize functional problem-solving and lean/sigma tools as well as their knowledge of manufacturing machinery to achieve specific operational improvement, financial objectives and drive manufacturing innovation.
