ITW CCNA division is seeking an Account Manager to join our MRO sales team. The Account Manager develops, manages, and leads the implementation of strategies and programs to profitably grow our business through key MRO channels. The Account Manager aligns efforts with annual and long-range plans of ITW CCNA and actively collaborates/communicates with the CCNA team and with customers' organizations to ensure objectives are met. Additionally, the Account Manager creates programs to increase sales, researches and resolves customer problems, and may make recommendations for modifications to the product line.

This role will be based in Glenview, IL (Chicago).

ITW CCNA offers a broad range of professional grade anchoring tools and fasteners for numerous construction applications. Our products include structural concrete anchoring systems (TapconR, Red HeadR), drywall tool and fastener systems (RamsetR), self-drilling screws (TeksR) and hollow wall anchoring systems (E-Z AncorR). Core Responsibilities:

. Develop market/user driven strategies to profitably grow ITW's market share that support annual and long-range plans

. Measure account performance and analyze/interpret data to create business plans to drive plan revenue for the assigned account

. Drive accountability for plans/actions that build our brand within account

. Coordinate and implement new product placement, promotions and tactics to grow sales

. Measure/monitor effectiveness of programs as well as manage them for customer base

. Recognize trends, creates strategies and develops vision to drive change to maximize sales and earnings

. Work cross-functionally to provide feedback/recommendations and actively collaborate with other functions to ensure coordination of strategic account selling plans

. Develop high, deep and wide relationships with key decision makers, maximizing retail sales opportunities

Job Requirements:

. Bachelor degree required

. 5+ years of progressive sales experience with Key account responsibility

. Proven ability to influence customers

. Strong communication skills; both written and verbal

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office

. Travel required 30%-50%

Work Environment:

This position requires travel to and from Distributor locations within assigned geography predominantly inside stores on concrete floor/warehouse environment. 65% overnight travel can be expected.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to climb ladder with heights up to 30ft. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. on a consistent basis and 50 lbs. on occasion. Must be able to stand on concrete floors for long periods of time. .
