Job Description

Our Team:

  • Common Solutions Service Business Unit (CSG SBU) is focused on service value creation, development of new service products and capabilities to be implemented across multiple equipment platforms. We lead key initiatives to achieve service business goals and leverage core competencies in product marketing, program management, semiconductor equipment and field service.

The opportunity and what youll do:

  • CSG SBU is seeking a team player who is passionate about driving technical programs in a cross-functional environment, influencing new product designs, and contributing to development of innovative service products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for driving service readiness throughout the Product Life Cycle of Wafer Fab Equipment

  • Drive Service Product Roadmap releases through program management process (training, documentation, spares readiness, part repair, etc).

  • Drive/ influence tool design and service tooling to create and capture value.

  • Create and lead Design for Installation and Design for Service programs.

  • Drive CIP (Continuous Improvement Programs) and product roadmaps to ensure high value delivery for service.

  • Support IP Strategy and Design for Protection & Residual Value assessments.

  • Responsible for creation/maintenance of Cost-of-Service Model during product life cycle.

  • Develop new service product to meet technology inflection requirements

  • Drive automation technology development to create differentiation of service products.

  • Lead initiatives to enhance equipment installability and serviceability as product differentiators.

  • Drive digital tool (Sensor and Data) development for service solutions to create Preventative & Corrective Maintenance value.

  • Drive repair/refurbishment solution development.

  • Capture Best Known Method (BKMs) to drive value services.

  • Incorporate strategic initiatives and products into Service Product portfolio.

  • Responsible for customer engagement

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support strategic field requirements.

  • Drive key initiatives and meet customer requirements to enable Wafer Fab Equipment and Services

  • Facilitate intercompany communication to align on product service strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Requires experience in semiconductor equipment and services.

  • Experience using product life cycle processes.

  • Knowledge of Semiconductor Equipment Field Service or Manufacturing.

  • Experience leading functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.

  • Strong analytical skills using software tools and presentation skills are a must.

  • Proven track of record of successful completion of complex programs, product releases.

  • Communication of difficult concepts and negotiation with others to adopt different perspectives.

  • Works independently, with guidance in only complex situations.

  • May lead functional team or projects.

Functional Knowledge:

  • Ideal candidate has run fab projects from start to finish, including installations, process creation, metrics, program management, etc.

  • Interprets business issues and recommends best practices; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions.

Required Education and/or Certifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in an Engineering discipline

Years of Experience:

  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience, specifically working with semiconductor process equipment
