Who We Are:

HII - Mission Technologies Dcurrently has an opening for a CWMD Intelligence Analyst to support HQMC PP&O PO POP IP at the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia in support of the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and High-Yield Explosives (CBRNE) Consequence Management (CM) program. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience in Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD)/CBRN threat. You will provide support to HQMC, Fleet Marine Forces, and Marine Supporting Establishments focused on countering the CWMD/CBRN threats, assist the USMC to effectively and efficiently accomplish mission-essential CWMD/CBRN tasks in critical areas such as, planning and policy development; research; readiness; capabilities and threat assessments; verification and validation of CWMD/CBRN threat capabilities.

What You Will Do:

Duties will include reviewing structured and unstructured data and providing analytical rigor to the information and delivering a cohesive methodical product. You will execute your mission through integration of data from diverse intelligence disciplines, including SIGINT, MASINT, GEOINT, IMINT, and HUMINT to illuminate entities and networks of interest, supporting both conventional and other Marines Forces CONUS and OCONUS.

As a CWMD Intelligence Analyst, you will:

  • Develop multi-intelligence analysis and assessments that integrates existing national-level products and databases to define patterns of threat activities and narrow the search space to conduct counter-threat operations.

  • Interact with the supported Combatant Commands and the Community of Interest during the development of intelligence products to meet Command, unit and subordinate element intelligence requests for information and inform a variety of activities to protect critical infrastructure.

  • Plan, develop, and deliver tailored intelligence capabilities to enhance the organization's ability to effectively mitigate improvised threat.

  • Identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD and interagency partners.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5 years relevant experience with a Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with a Masters; 0 years experience with a PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years of relevant experience.

  • More than three years of experience effectively writing to Intelligence Community Document (ICD) 203 standards

  • More than three years of experience conducting network analysis using Intelligence reporting, metadata, captured enemy material, and non-traditional datasets.

  • Ability to gather and comprehend finished Intelligence from authoritative producers in the IC and Defense Intelligence Enterprise

  • Understanding of the National Security Strategy and the National Defense Strategy

  • Experience collaborating and building communities of interest within the national security enterprise

  • Previous experience briefing at the Strategic, Operational, and Tactical levels

  • Experience in counter proliferation, pathway defeat, counter facilitation, counter-threat finance, or supply chain analysis

  • Experience in using Intelligence to drive operations or produce effects through DOD, IC, IA, or law enforcement elements

  • Ability to Obtain a Secret level DoD Clearance

Preferred Requirements

  • More than ten years of military experience and/or a combination of military and IC Agency experience, including recent combat deployments, and be well-versed in all areas of military intelligence.

  • Understanding of JP 3-40, JP 3-25, ICD 203, and ICD 206

  • Understanding of SOCOM's role as the CWMD coordinating authority for the Department of Defense

  • More than three years of experience conducting counter threat network analysis in support of CWMD pathway defeat, vertical proliferation, or horizontal proliferation.

  • Experience using supply chain data, commercial data, or trade data to support network analysis

  • Expert understanding of network analysis tools

  • Practical understanding of geospatial Intel tools such as ArcGIS and Google Earth.

  • Support to Sensitive Activities

  • Active clearance
