Must have prior experience in areas of electrical, mechanical, carpentry, and plumbing. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have the physical and mental ability to perform duties assigned as required in job description. Must cooperate well with others, ex: Co-workers, patients, residents and the public. Have the ability to perform some clerical duties. Must be available for duty at all hours and work shift assigned, prompt and regular in attendance. Must have good initiative and practice good judgment. Must have and keep a valid driver's license. Must have reliable transportation, to get to and from work.
