Our Division:
ITW North American Stamped Fastener Division, (NASF), serves the major OEMs and their tier suppliers in the North American automotive market. The division supplies stamped metal fasteners and engineered fastener assemblies that leverage our deep-draw stamping technologies. The annual revenue for the division is approximately $170M.

Pay negotiable based on skills and experience, Minimum $26.00/hr. +

Key Responsibilities
Performing troubleshooting various types of automated assembly & inspection equipment, and routine preventative maintenance functions per schedule.
Ability to troubleshoot & diagnose Programmable Logic Controllers, (PLC)
Ability to use precision measuring equipment and electrical testing instruments associated with a manufacturing setting.
Operate drill press, grinder, welder, and other maintenance equipment to fabricate or repair parts.
Set up and operate machine tools such as lathe, vertical milling machine, surface, and jig grinders, as well as some specialty grinders, to machine parts and tooling and verify conformance of machined parts to specifications.
Analyze and understand specifications and tolerances; set up and operate machine tools; fit and assemble parts to make and repair automated assembly equipment.
Verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances using measuring and inspection devices such as dial indicators, gauge blocks, thickness gauges, micrometers, and eye loupes.
Heat treats various tool steels to the required hardness specification.
Ability to maintain computer-based machine repair and PM records system.
Performance to comply with all company Procedures, Policies, Work Instructions, and TS16949/EMS-14001 requirements.
Comply with OSHA and all safety practices in repair and installation.
Other duties as deemed necessary to meet the needs of the business.
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum two-year degree in Electromechanical Technology or equivalent work experience and training.
Kentucky Electrical License, a plus
Experience with vision systems, a plus.
Demonstrate the manual dexterity to work with small parts and be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
The ability to understand written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively with all levels of employees is required.
Must possess basic computer skills and various software systems (Microsoft/email) for logging and tracking results.
