American Disposal, a Waste Connections Company is looking for a Billing Specialist to join our team in Acworth, GA. Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Essential Duties:
Taking incoming calls from customers
Applying payments on accounts
Preparing analysis of accounts, as required
Printing all billing reports and maintaining all billing files
Maintaining and developing customer relations
Experienced with handling a variety of billing cycles
Providing customers with invoices and requested materials
Maintain contract pricing in billing system
Ability to effectively multi-task
Requirements
2+ yeasrs Accounts Receivable experience
Customer Service experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office -heavy excel skills
10-Key knowledge and skills
Basic accounting experience
