Who We Are:

Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is looking for a motivated Program Analyst to join our team supporting our customer in the development of technological-enabled system advancements. Position will be remote.

What You Will Do:

  • Research technical subject matter, organizes information from multiple sources and expresses technical information in written form that is comprehensible to a wide audience of readers.

  • Analyze large amounts of data/information to discover and articulate trends and patterns.

  • Interact with the customer and technical team members for content development.

  • Develop outlines and drafts for review and approval by technical specialists and management ensuring that final documents meet applicable contract requirements and government regulations.

  • Create and present reports that detail your findings, recommendations and solutions.

  • Consult relevant information sources, including library resources, technical and financial documents, and client and project personnel, to obtain background information, and verify pertinent guidelines and regulations governing project deliverables.

  • Edit reports and written materials to ensure they align with the intended audience, maintain appropriate tone, adhere to grammatical standards, and enhance overall clarity.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.

  • Proficient technical writing and public speaking skills

  • Experience in technical writing.

  • Be a technical liaison and support to other functions within the programs

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills to communicate effectively at all levels of management and to individual contributors

  • Continually seeks education by pursuing and maintaining certifications and keeping current with technology and industry trends

  • Entrepreneurial spirit

  • Leadership and project management training

Preferred Requirements

  • Certifications or experience in project management , engineering, or related field

  • Experience supporting digital transformation of workflows and business processes.

  • Ability to work in an agile environment.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving ability.

  • Strong focus with the ability to retain information.

  • The ability to work well with others, while fostering a team approach for solution development.

  • Experience in a prior technical position (developer, technical support, quality assurance) is a plus.

  • Self starter with an above average understanding of mechanical integrity data management systems.
