Responsibilities:Ensure Quality Assurance in Administering Nursing Care in a Long-Term setting. iMonitor and report changes in resident symptoms or behavior.i Communicate with Physicians, specialist, and families regarding resident care. iEducate residents and families about health maintenance and disease prevention. Maintain accurate resident medical records. iProvide advice and emotional support to residents and family members. Complete assessments, Pass medications, and complete treatments as needed.Qualifications: Previous experience in nursing, in long-term care is a plusiiFamiliarity with medical software and equipment Ability to build rapport with residents and families Strong problem Solving and critical thinking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, every minute changing environment TeamworkOther Information:iThis opening is on the day shift Monday to Friday and every other weekend.iPay is based on experience and will be discussed at an interview.ii
