Job Description:
Reporting to the Director, Talent Management, the Specialist Talent Management role will manage segment-wide talent management analytics, benchmarking and defined cadence reporting for Communication Systems utilizing dashboards and crafting visualizations. Specifically, the selected individual will collaborate with the corporate and segment E&I and L&D teams to develop and implement high-impact and high-reward deliverables. The Specialist will serve as a generalist, providing HR and Talent Management inputs, employee development facilitation, and project management. This role will be responsible for executing actions where appropriate.
Essential Functions:
Talent Analytics: Using data and analytics to recommend informed decisions about talent management practices and to measure their effectiveness.
Visualization: Develop executive ready materials including charts/graphs, inclusive visuals, and completed staff work.
Employee Development: Implementing programs for employee learning and employee engagement, including training, mentoring, and career pathing to enhance employees' skills and career progression while retaining top talent.
Employee Engagement: Execute tactical events and author communication plans targeted to all segment employees.
Compliance: Familiarize with company policies, procedure, and governance.
Community Impact: Collaboration with the business and pulse of segment flagship locations, deploy actions aligned to community impact pillars.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
1 year experience using data analytics, dashboards, and platforms such as Power BI and Tableau.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Populate visualization.
Proficient facilitation skills.
Practical project management skills and experience coordinating cross-functional project teams.
Talent Management subject matter expertise / background preferred.
Demonstrated ability to plan and organize tasks for effective, efficient, and timely implementation; ability to meet accelerated deadlines and timeframes.
Ability to prioritize and follow up on project plan/tasks with minimal supervision.
Knowledge in analyzing subsets of data to help identify both talent challenges and solutions for the business.
Strong attention to detail in projects and tasks
Business acumen and application aligning to HR strategies.
Self-starter and enthusiastic when driving projects.
Demonstrated verbal, written, presentation and relationship management skills.
Ability to accomplish goals working through formal and informal channels, with diplomacy and tactfulness with individual contributors through leadership.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado and New York State is $58,500 - $108,500. For California and New York City, the salary range for this role is $67,500 - $125,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
