The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible to the Branch Manager for the overall management of assigned financial office. Accountable for the achievement of maximum sales results for the assigned office. Coaches and supervises team to achieve maximum sales results. Responsible for the internal controls to ensure proper audit and dual control policy and procedures are in place within their assigned branch
Qualifications include an Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and approximately one to three years of demonstrated progression in job related experience. Candidate must have knowledge of the retail sales office operations technology and procedures, and the ability to train others with this expertise. Must have experience in managing in-house and outsource operations, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to mentor employees for professional growth and goal achievement.
