5:00 PM start * Lead Shipping Department * Ensure quality standards are met throughout the department * Coach/train employee's and lead by example * Work with other Supervisors, leads, managers, and other departments to ensure a steady work rate for the department. * Coordinate the run order for the department to stay on schedule so we can deliver to the customer on time * Responsible for daily time and attendance reporting. Other related duties as assigned. * 1 yr lead experience or ability to lead and delegate * Basic computer skills * Exposure to lean manufacturing * Team oriented with a proven safety and attendance record * Ability to work a with a diverse work force * Ability to handle multiple tasks * Work overtime as required * Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
