This individual, as a key member of the Artificial Intelligence Integration Center (AI2C), will work with cross functional program teams to create and update product mockups, briefings, reports, plans, artifacts, dashboards, and web sites.The candidate will also interface directly with customers, support multipurpose workspace and website design, and execute strategies.This position does not require a Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance but the candidate must be eligible to obtain at least SECRET.This Graphic Designer role, also referred to as Graphic Artists or Communication Designers, combines art and technology to communicate ideas through images and the layout of websites and printed pages. They may use a variety of design elements to achieve artistic or decorative effects. ResponsibilitiesThe role is expected to perform as a deeply experienced resource in the following ways:Engage with the FTI Customer to help them visualize and define their requirements, document the work scope, and gain consensus on the work plan;Use digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create designs (Figma/Invision preferred);Responsible for projects from customer contact through deliveryDecide how images and text will go together in print or on a webpage, including how much space each will have. When using text in layouts, collaborate with the authors to choose the words and decide whether the words will be put into paragraphs, lists, or tables. Through the use of images, text, and color, determine the best means to transform data into visual graphics and diagrams to make complex ideas more accessible;Perform research to utilize existing objects such as graphics, photos, layouts, fonts, etc., where possible and practical;Manage awareness of work progress and status and make it available to your Customers and management;Utilize an incremental approach with short durations to quickly capture feedback on early product versions, to evolve the concepts, and to build consensus towards the final product in a timely manner;Apply your industry knowledge and experience to evaluate work created by others and offer practical recommendations for accepting or improving the work;Review designs and products for errors and oversee their corrections before printing or publishing;Help manage the company's responsibilities related to licensing, trademarks, and copyrights;Create templates for quick use by team members to standardize the brand and messaging.Articulate and pitch design concepts to government executives.Execute innovative, creative ideas and concepts for UX/UI design development and other digital products, including page layouts, web homepages, and other promotional material.Appointment/Service ticket system integration and optimizationEnsure consistency and content management across all collaboration software toolsResponsible for the stability, integrity, and operation of all systems by monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network software, hardware, and operating systemsParticipate in projects to drive technological efficienciesPerform technical reviews and assessments to brief all stakeholdersEducation/QualificationsMust be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a government securityBachelor's degree in graphic design, industrial design, or interior design from an accredited college or university;Minimum 10 years of experience working as in individual and/or within a team as a graphic designer;Must have at least 3 years of experience with Web Art Design and production.Experience working with "cus
