Responsibilities

The role of the Research and Insights Data Analyst is to drive survey data analysis for customer experience. This role will support survey fieldwork, analytics, and execution at the intersection of operations and finance.

  • Drive Qualtrics survey design, fieldwork, and survey programming for data collection and analysis.

  • Conduct statistical analysis (regression, t-test) with advanced analytics and visualization tools.

  • Contribute to development of summary statistics and data analysis for customer experience, FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis), and cross-functional teams.

  • Aid in the execution of insights from unstructured text analysis or natural language processing.

  • Advise on customer experience opportunities and research related CX data.

  • Provide support on visual communication and design elements for an executive audience.

Qualifications

Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Social or Behavioral Sciences required, for example Industrial and Organizational Psychology. A minimum of two to four years related business experience preferred. Qualtrics experience strongly preferred. Tableau and/or SQL experience a plus.

Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements Any relevant certifications are preferable but not required.

Management/Decision Making Able to take direction and knows when to refer issues to manager and when to handle personally. May need manager guidance to assist with priority setting and issue resolution. Uses limited independent judgment to make decisions based on precedents and established guidelines. Solves problems using standard procedures and precedents. Has full understanding of most relevant company and department procedures and standards and is able to comply with little manager intervention

Knowledge and Skills

Has a working knowledge of a skill or discipline that requires basic analytic ability. Has an overall understanding of the work environment and process. Has working knowledge of the organization. Excellent time and project management skills as well as organizational and personal skills to work with a variety of people. Strong design sense along with a methodical attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within a team. Able to complete a small project start to finish. Basic understanding of general Brookdale business practices and processes. Able to identify issues and perform intermediate level troubleshooting techniques with little direction from manager or peers.

Salary Range Information

$68,750 - $87,575 / year
