Hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Hourly Rate: Currently starting at $21 per hour and might increase depending on experience

Ferguson is seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Sales Coordinator for post-sales support!

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the purchasing, maintenance, and delivery timelines for orders

  • Proactively communicate order status via phone and email

  • Prioritize and complete work in order from high priority to low priority

  • Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests

  • Apply approved processes and procedures where necessary to resolve vendor concerns timely and efficiently

  • Assist sales team with distribution of sales documentation and product literature

  • Help improve customer satisfaction by ensuring accuracy and timely processing of orders

Qualifications

  • Prior sales and/or customer service experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Results oriented and service minded

  • Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism

  • Ability to learn quickly and multi-task as well organize and prioritize work

  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing

  • Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices

  • The ability to thrive in an inclusive environment

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus

$17.77 - $31.41

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
