Leidos is seeking a Senior ESI Specialist located in the Camp Springs, MD area to work in a hybrid (in-office and remote) work environment (subject to change) in support of a federal agency. What you will be doing:

This is a senior level position operating under the direction of more senior Contractor IT staff. Provides oversight functions for ESI Specialists performing file manipulation, loading, conversion services, exports, and productions and quality checks of loads and exports. Develops, evaluates and modifies methodologies and procedures for manipulating files for use with COTS products and litigation support applications. Performs quality assurance of all EFP services. Responsible for ensuring that incoming productions are made pursuant to the applicable ESI specifications and when deficiencies are found, provides ESI Processing Manager with detailed notice of deficiencies. Recommends process improvement to ensure high quality, timely and cost-effective methods are utilized.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field and 4+ years of prior relevant experience.

  • Three (3) years of experience performing litigation support including, ESI processing and productions, data culling, and quality assurance.

  • Knowledge of SQL/Queries, EDRM workflows, Government IT environment, including office automation networks, PC and server-based applications, Windows 10, litigation support software, and encryption methods.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • (5) years of management/supervisory level

  • Certification in eDiscovery program

  • Prior experience working in a Federal Government environment.

  • Public Trust or higher security clearance

Pay Range:

Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
