General Summary:
Responsible for executing all bank account changes and new store bank accounts. Act as first point of contact for banks and field employees on cash management issues.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting field including executing bank account changes, location research, requests for proposals, preparing account documentation, ordering supplies and communicating with the field.
Responsible for new store bank accounts, including preparation of account documentation, ordering supplies, bank and field communication. Collect and sort daily mail.
Act as first point of contact for banks and other sources on cash management issues or requests, addressing or fielding to others as appropriate.
Assist with Treasury projects as needed.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of cash management and banking
Self-motivated with strong organizational, planning and prioritizing skills
Ability to be a team player and is customer service driven
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to proficiently work with Microsoft Office applicants
Work Experience &/or Education:
High school diploma (associate degree a plus), plus one to two years of experience in Treasury, banking or related area.
