The ideal candidate will be well versed in establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships, verbal and written communication, conflict resolution, and time management. This position requires a detailed understanding of commercial collection practices and techniques, ten-key by touch, an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and an ability to work independently and in an organized fashion.Duties include but are not limited to:Call, fax, email, and write letters to assigned portfolio and arrange payment of all past due invoices.Provide customers with necessary documents and assistance to ensure prompt payment of invoices.Negotiate payment plans with customers and follow up as needed.Communicate with Branch Managers and Sales staff for assistance in collection issues and discrepancies.Assist Accounts Receivable department in resolution of customer service issues.We are looking for a candidate that will take our core values to heart and has a strong drive to succeed in our industry.Minimum Education Required*:Associate degree (or higher) or business related field, orFive years of previous related experience, orEquivalent combination of education and experienceDexter offers a competitive salary package which includes: paid vacation and holidays, medical-dental-life-vision insurance, 401K and profit sharing.For more information, or to apply now, you must go to the website below.
