CTG is seeking an experiencedMicrosoft Technical Analystto support a variety of assigned requests related to operational analysis.
Location: Remote, PST work hours
Contract Length: 3 months
Responsibilities:
• Requests will involve working with large complex Excel files to support user requests for additional functionality and usability,
• Anticipate opportunities to leverage PowerAutomate and Teams to resolve requests
• Many requests with be related to Payroll, HR and Benefits – business knowledge in these areas is highly preferred.
• Qualified candidates will need to show a willingness to be a team player and apply application implementation best practices.
• Position is remote
• Working hours will be PST
Required Skills:
• Must have exceptionally strong expertise with Microsoft 365 technologies including teams, SharePoint and power automate
• Prior experience building complex solutions with these technologies is required
• Must be an Excel expert including advanced features and functionality
• Prior consulting experience is required.
• Independent self- starter mindset is required
• Excellent communication is required.
• Strong customer service skills
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00/hr to $65.00/hr. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
