_SUMMARY_: *This position will temporarily manage production and inventory of Associated Materials' branded siding and window product literature and siding samples utilized by our vast network of dealers. These samples and literature help drive sales while strengthening our brand in the competitive landscape. This individual must possess a high level of self-motivation and should be able to work closely and cohesively with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, accurate and cost-effective production of samples and literature. *_PRIMARY DUTIES_: * Day-to-day coordination of siding samples/literature and windows literature production * Monitor and analyze inventory levels and fulfillment procedures of samples and literature for all siding products and literature for all window brands. * Communicate sample and literature production status details, including reorder points, with the marketing group and vendor partners to ensure inventory levels are properly maintained. * Obtain cost estimates for all sample and literature projects and assist with tracking budgets. * Issue purchase orders and process vendor invoices via electronic billing system. * Track production to ensure timelines are met. * Coordinate art updates between product management and the designers, and maintain detailed and accurate art files for all projects. _EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE_: * Highly motivated with the ability to operate both autonomously and with fellow team members. * A strong collaborator with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. * Professional and interpersonal skills to facilitate positive interaction with vendors and colleagues. * Results-driven, with solid organizational skills. * Proficient with the Microsoft suite of software, particularly Excel. * Ability to create and comprehend spreadsheets of data for inventory analysis, budgeting and planning. * Efficient and precise data entry and typing skills. * Minimum 3 years of experience in production or marketing. * Bachelor's degree preferred. * Detailed oriented and thorough filing skills.
