WSP is currently initiating a search for a Local Office Leader for our Lincoln, Nebraska office .
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Grow an existing multidiscipline office while collaborating with a variety of project teams within WSP USA.
Lead service delivery for all end markets through successful implementation of WSP USA's strategy focused on our four pillars of success: Clients, Expertise, People & Culture and Operational Excellence.
Represent WSP USA in the local engineering community.
Manage projects and teams to provide quality delivery on projects of all types and sizes.
Responsible for contract and financial management of projects.
Assist in the strategic growth of market sectors including marketing, proposal writing, and business development.
Create a professional environment of innovation, opportunity, development and continuous improvement that supports office objectives
Recruit, retain and develop top industry talent.

Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of 12+ years of progressive experience in the transportation industry.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited civil engineering program.
Registration as a Professional Engineer in Nebraska or ability to obtain within three months.
Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.

Preferred Qualifications
Ability to provide value in marketing and business development activities.
Successful project management experience.
An excellent communicator and team leader.
NDOT and Nebraska Local Municipality Experience.
Ability to independently evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques and criteria using sound judgment.
