As a QAD Systems Analyst you will be able to leverage your QAD skills to make a difference for users of our existing systems, while also playing a critical role in the planned migration to QAD Cloud. You will have opportunities to improve or learn new skills in many areas including PowerBI, PowerApps, SalesForce, QAD Quality Solutions (EQMS), Barcode scanning and labeling systems, and much more.
Essential Functions:
. Provide training and support to QAD ERP users in various departments and locations.
. Provide internal QAD consulting on projects that have an ERP component.
. QAD business process optimization and automation.
. QAD security and system administration.
. Assist with EDI Setup, testing and troubleshooting.
. Create and modify browses to best fit business and user needs.
. Develop Browses, Queries, Power BI reports and dashboards for QAD and related applications.
. Consult with business leaders to streamline processes through better use of systems.
. Develop functional specifications, test cases, and test plans for system modifications.
. Research, test and implement ERP-related solutions to meet business needs including CRM, Quality Management Tools, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Barcode scanning and labeling, Lot Traceability, Engineering Change Tracking, and more.
Play a key role in the transition to QAD Cloud and industry 4.0 digital transformation
Education / Experience:
. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain or related field.
. 3+ years experience with QAD ERP in a manufacturing environment
. 3+ years experience working with complex ERP implementation projects
. Experience working with EDI
. Working knowledge of ERP/MRP best practices
. Experience in Progress 4GL and QAD data migration tools and processes.
. Automotive / OEM manufacturing experience preferred
. Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Word, and Excel

. Ability to maintain a courteous, and customer service-oriented approach
. Self-starter, detail oriented, and ability to manage priorities

. Occasional travel may be required between plants or for special projects
