The PPI Engineer has 3 main goals:Lead the implementation of new: products, processes, and packaging (equipment/lines) in the factoryDrive improvement in capabilities and capacities through all major changes impacting process, product, and packagingLead complex solving problems, using advanced problem-solving techniques and 6 sigma methodologies supporting the different pillars in the Mars Supply Excellence program such as FMOS, Focused improvement.The PPI Engineer also has a role to manage change including the coordination of projects between a cross functional team of people, on a local, regional, and global level.What are we looking for?Education and Professional Qualification-University degree in engineering, in food industry or general, or equivalent qualificationGood verbal and written communication skills in English.3-5 years of experience in Supply (PPI, engineering, process technology or manufacturing)Experience in Project ManagementExperience in quality, RandD or CI areasWhat will be your key responsibilities?1. InnovationDevelop and execute RandD strategies for growth, quality and efficiency by implementing new RandD Innovations on site regarding product, pack, process and packaging equipment's/linesLead lines trials, complete trial reports and provide technical inputs to global RandD industrialization team throughout activity lifecycle for product implementations projectsResponsible for the establishment of operational control systems including change management, industrial go, Hand over 1 and 2, and qualification review for projects regarding product launches on site following industrialization process.Join regional PPI platform with respect to technology, best practice, and knowledge transfer as part of multi-site harmonization measures.2. Project managementLead the coordination of projects between a cross functional team of people (on site and off site) to step change projects or drive efficiency (Do it Best).3. Standardize and ImproveWork on new standards and define SRC (standard running condition) in affected perimeter Collaborate with Operating and Technical department to validate any standard definition and to deploy them Support the CI team on KPI analysis to identify key improvement and increase efficiency and capacity. Use their expertise to support the factory operation (through FMOS) and technical teams (through Focused improvements) to solve complex problems, leveraging 6 sigma.
