Car Wash, North America is a key part of the Driven Brands portfolio that operates in the rapidly expanding vehicle services space. Car Wash, North America's expansion strategy is focused on organic growth, acquisitions, and new site construction while exercising expense discipline to deliver outsized profitability.

The Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A (Revenue) is responsible for providing reliable financial reporting information to the Car Wash, North America leadership team to be used to make decisions impacting the performance of the division. This role will also be responsible for performing analysis across 3 segments of the business (organic, M&A, and Greenfield) and providing meaningful reports and metrics that help drive results of the business. This role will have to understand, monitor and improve both transactional and subscription revenue models.

This position reports to the Director, FP&A for Car Wash, North America and offers a high level of visibility to the Car Wash, North America Leadership Team. There is also a high level of cross-functional interaction with the Operations, Financial, Marketing and Business Development teams.

  • Prepare, review and analyze financial forecasts / key revenue drivers, operating budgets and strategic plans at the total company level and at a site-level

  • Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance

  • Provide in-depth analysis on financial performance and root cause variances to forecasts

  • Develop transactional and subscription revenue models to better understand market trends and analyze to support strategic initiatives

  • Understand business requirements and translate them into specific reporting tools

  • Develop strategic insights for the Car Wash, North America division by performing analysis using internal and external data to include reviewing and tracking industry/ competitive/ environment data

  • Analyze ROI and profitability for business initiatives and identify improvement plans for gaps

  • Lead strategic projects, identify key business and financial risks, and support setting financial priorities

  • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue and cost of sales

  • Support Management Team and department heads with in-depth analysis

  • Develop quarterly and monthly financial and business reports

  • Prepare presentations for the Senior Management Team

  • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis

  • Bachelor's Degree (Business, Accounting or Finance, preferred)

  • MBA preferred. CPA or CFA also desired

  • 3+ years of experience with a background that includes accounting and financial analysis.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities against multiple deadlines

  • Able to work well with people across multiple functions

  • Ability to communicate/present to senior level managers
