Leidos National Security Sector is seeking a Project Integrator (PI) to support an enterprise IT program. The customer is seeking a Project Integrator with previous experience performing as a PI in a front office support role & doesn't mind heavy administrative work.

Our client is seeking to expand existing capabilities by augmenting its automated data collection development team with additional skilled development support that are capable of co-locating with end-users to rapidly develop and operate proven and new techniques for data collection and transformation while operating within and contributing to corporate technical guidelines. We're seeking a highly skilled Project Integrator to interface directly with client management regarding requirements for data collection and digital identities for mission support.

In this role you will provide coordination across client's organization and business partners to expedite data sharing, processing and governance activities. This may include:

  • Establishing strategic objectives based on the client's vision for the data collection platforms,

  • Assisting in planning and managing multiple projects involving the infrastructure and exploitation platforms,

  • Programmatically managing solutions for virtual operations and performing end-to-end quality assurance of data,

  • Collecting and managing requirements for planning and producing outcomes from virtual operational requirements; collecting and exploiting profile, content, or metadata information for mission support; and establish strategic objectives based on the client's vision for the data collection platforms.

  • Assisting in assessing, documenting, and tracking new program requirements and follow-on technical exchange meetings (TEMs).

  • Supporting tasks that require the collecting, compiling, evaluating and publishing of information and statistical data in documents, records, forms, reports, plans, policies, and regulations.

  • Providing field technical and operational support for data analysis, to include possible short-term Temporary Duty (TDY) travel.

  • Providing general Front Office administrative duties.

Required Security Clearance:

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

Required Experience, Skills, and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience or Master's degree with 10+ years of experience. Additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

  • Demonstrated experience providing technical writing and technical editing, integration of various sources into a cohesive product, and/or preparation of graphical and narrative presentation material.

  • Demonstrated experience tracking action items for successful completion.

  • Demonstrated experience documenting and communicating technical and non-technical mission requirements for all audiences.

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating project schedules, creating or distributing minutes and action items.

  • Demonstrated experience working with other technical teams across multiple organizational boundaries, and ability to work independently or as a team player.

  • Demonstrated experience planning and coordinating program management process activities such as Program Reviews, Requirements Review Boards (RRB) and Control Gate Reviews, including scheduling and facilitation of meetings and preparation of briefings and presentations.

  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Demonstrated experience preparing task plans, task documentation, and overall activity reporting documents.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
