Spokane Transfer Station a Waste Connections Company is looking for a General Laborer to join our team in Spokane Valley , WA. This is a full time, long term position with a reputable and stable company.
Hours will be 7:15AM-4:00PM November through March and 7:15AM to 5:00 PM April through October. This position will work Friday- Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off.Rate of Pay is $21.00 per Hour. Help Direct Customers to appropriate areas at the site.
Spotting Trucks
Cleaning Equipment/ Pressure washing
Picking up litter/ Grounds Keeping
General site Maintenance Duties
Performing other assigned duties
Ability to learn operating new Equipment/ Forklift, Leaf Blower, and Pressure Washer.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of work experience. Preferably in a labor type position.
The ability to continually lift/push/ and Pull repeatedly throughout an 8 hr shift.
Experience operating equipment is a plus
Ability to work in all weather conditions throughout entire shift
Mechanical ability a plus.
