We have an excellent career opportunity for the Warehouse Manager position here at PowerSecure . This position manages shipping, receiving, storage and distribution of materials, tools and products, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 100 pounds, and occasionally move objects that weigh more than 1000 pounds.
Job Responsibilities
Manage shipping and receiving, assisting as needed.
Match received product to purchase orders and packing slips.
Review orders and requisitions to determine items to be sourced, distributed and shipped.
Sort and place materials on racks, shelves and bins.
Assemble orders from stock and place in holding or shipping areas.
Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed via company ERP system.
Responsible for stock levels and physical inventory of company distribution centers
Weigh and count items for distribution to ensure conformance to company standards.
May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed.
Always maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements
High School diploma or GED (education will be verified).
5 years of Warehouse Experience.
Minimum of 2 years in Supervisory Role.
Ability to interpret field provided documents and service reports.
Knowledge and ability to view and understand parts manuals used for parts research.
Experience with web-based vendor portals and ordering systems.
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word and Excel.
Must be able to work in front of computer screens for extended periods of time.
Knowledge of the commercial/industrial generator service industry a plus (either as a generator technician or parts specialist).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Excellent customer support, follow up and service skills
