Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Manage sourcing and recruiting for openings throughout the company with a focus on technology and ability to recruit for other verticals. This includes both partnering with Hiring Managers to guide them in utilizing our applicant tracking system as well as full-cycle recruiting support. (Average of 25-35 reqs per recruiter at any given time.)
Partner with our technology leaders and serve as a subject matter expert in tech recruiting by understanding a wide range of tech hiring needs, including position specifications and search requirements
Manage a diverse book of requisitions from technology, legal, finance, programming & more
Project manage your recruitment efforts by holding regular check-in with hiring team, facilitate panel interviews and debrief meetings and keep candidates engaged
Collaborate with the TA team to build effective sourcing and assessment strategies to achieve hiring results
Provide regular reporting metrics on KPIs
Ensure OFCCP and EEO compliance standards are upheld
Source/cold-call passive candidates; maintain a pipeline of engaged candidates
Prepare offer letters, mediate the negotiation process, work with HR to kick off the on-boarding process
Adhere to internal company processes associated with all aspects of recruiting to maintain compliance
Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruiting process with a high level of integrity and proactive communication
Manage the offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and expectations and offer negotiations
Attend career fairs, establish strategic partnerships and manage agency relationships
Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives
Qualifications
More About You:
3+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience (combination of agency and in-house preferred) (Media Industry experience strongly preferred)
Bachelor's degree desired
You've owned the interview process from intake to screens, to strategic panel interview design and organization, through to score sheets, debrief and successful hire and onboarding!
Experience screening/interviewing candidates in verticals such as: digital, sales, technology, product, finance, marketing, audio and video production, content creation, etc
Strong technical expertise with the ability to understand and articulate job requirements for roles in software engineering (front-end, back-end, full stack, mobile), data and analytics, DevOps, QA, product management, and engineering is highly preferred
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, social media recruiting and Boolean search)
Experience writing job descriptions for technical and non technical positions - you know how to speak to the candidate pool we're targeting
Experience creating screener questions, interview scripts and guides for hiring team and maintaining diligent candidate notes and providing recommendations to Hiring Managers
Ability to continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to sourcing and delivering candidates
Successful track record of achieving targets such as deadlines and recruiting goals and other KPIs as defined
Exceptionable ability to tell the company's story in a way that speaks to a job seeker's motivation, career goals, and interests
Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer branding, candidate management and diversity sourcing
Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail; proven ability to work effectively and maintain composure in a fast-paced and ever changing environment
Excellent communication, organizational, time-management and multitasking skills
Experience working with executives and early career hiring managers alike
Experience closing candidates and negotiating compensation packages

Additional Information
The anticipated starting salary range for New York and Colorado-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $75,000 to $85,000.
Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
