CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer phone calls and emails from customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Respond to customer correspondence that we receive by mail.
Answer billing questions.
Process payments.
Process the mail.
Data entry for:
New customers
Cancelling customers
Changes in service
Work orders
Other job duties as assigned
Experience in Microsoft Excel and Word preferred.
