Description:

Manage the HR, TPL and Engineering Services category to deliver year over year performance improvement and therefore create value through an improved global supplier network. Serve as the industry expert for a particular category. Deliver Global Leverage and supply network market knowledge to deliver more Enterprise Value.

Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

Reporting directly to the Global Procurement Manager this role is accountable for the development, communication and implementation of a worldwide sourcing strategy for the Global Consulting Category. Manage supplier performance, relationships, and agreements/contracts for their category; while collaborating with key Enterprise Stakeholders. Responsible for the category liaison with the corresponding functional areas within the Enterprise. The position will require strong negotiation skills, comprehensive understanding of supplier capacity planning, catalogue management as well as business acumen.

Basic Requirements:

  • Global sourcing knowledge and experience required. Experience in additional disciplines preferred.

  • Bachelor's Degree required

Top Candidate Will Also Have:

  • Master's Degree - or equivalent experience preferred

  • Well-developed communication and negotiation skills

  • Complex strategic relationship management experience

  • Previous 6 Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt or Sponsor experience

  • Knowledge of Quality and Cost Modeling tools
