_SUMMARY:_ Position reports to the Director of Talent Management. As an essential member of the Human Resources team, the HR - Recruiting Coordinator will provide day to day support to Talent Acquisition processes and team members, HR Coordinators, managers and employees. This position will oversee daily recruiting transactions and assist with company-wide projects and initiatives. _OBJECTIVES:_ * Provide day to day recruiting transaction support, improving hiring transaction speed and quality. * Accurate maintenance and processing of recruiting and hiring transactions. _DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:_ * Accurately process offer letter requests, maintaining records and reporting on acceptance rates * Processes open requisitions, applicant reports, Talent Acquisition activities and other workflows associated with AM Corporate recruiting function. * Create and maintain applicant and employee files, update ATS system. * Help educate and train internal customers on Talent Acquisition processes. * Cross train to learn, understand and gain proficiency in all HR Coordinator functions. * General office duties (i.e. data entry, filing, mailings). * Support special projects as needed. _KEY RELATIONSHIPS:_ * Internal customers (TA Team, AMI Managers, Employees) * HR Leadership Team and colleagues _REQUIRED_ * Four year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related area, or equivalent experience. * Basic understanding of HR and Recruiting principles and practices, familiarity with federal and state regulations either through school or on the job experience. * Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Ability to maintain the confidentiality, sensitivity, and security of information. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; friendly and professional demeanor. _DESIRED_ * Prior experience with an Applicant Tracking System system. * Strong analytical skills. * Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organizational skills. * Attention to detail and thorough follow through, ability to meet deadlines. #Indeed - Associated All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
