CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Content Creation & Editing:
Develop and edit engaging, SEO-optimized content for our website and other digital platforms.
Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.
Collaborate with various teams to gather insights and produce compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
Conduct regular content audits and updates to maintain accuracy, relevance, and freshness.
SEO Content Strategy Development:
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-impact SEO opportunities.
Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO content strategy encompassing on-page, off-page, and technical optimizations.
Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
Identify areas for improvement and propose data-driven solutions to enhance our search engine rankings.
Website Optimization:
Optimize website structure, navigation, and internal linking to improve user experience and search engine crawlability.
Implement SEO best practices, including meta tags, meta descriptions, and header tags, to boost organic visibility.
Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends to ensure compliance with the latest SEO guidelines.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate regular reports on SEO performance, content engagement, and website traffic to key stakeholders.
Use analytics tools to derive insights, identify trends, and make data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work closely with the marketing team, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to execute cross functional projects and requests.
Share knowledge and best practices with team members, contributing to a collaborative and innovative work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor's degree in English, Creative Writing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of SEO copywriting, Web Content Editor, Copywriter, or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and best practices.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, BrightEdge, SEMrush, Moz).
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong attention to grammar and style.
Demonstrated ability to create engaging, audience-focused content that drives organic traffic.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web development concepts (preferred but not required).
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging SEO technologies.
