Thisposition requires at least a DoD Secret clearance (Top Secret preferred)and is located in Colorado Springs, CO.ResponsibilitiesFTI is looking for a Data Analyst experienced in transforming data intoactionable business insights and recommendations. The ideal candidate will beexperienced in assessing data quality, developing data collection processesand governance, and managing data from various sources. This role reliesheavily on strong communication skills, including the ability to provideclear recommendations to leadership, influence organizational change, andwork cross-functionally with multiple contractors and Government. Knowledge inspace sensors and data services is a plus. The Data Analyst will support theUSSF Space Systems Command's Enterprise Ground Services (EGS) program to:Provide robust program insights and recommendations through the analysis ofproject performance data including, but not limited to, schedule,scope, and software qualityPresent clear and easily understandable data findings and recommendations tointernal and external customers and program leadershipAnalyze and create visuals from Jira data using FTI technologies and variousbusiness intelligence platformsDevelop and automate reports that effectively communicate trends,patterns, and predictionsEvaluate data quality, maturity, and integrity; provide recommendationsfor improvement of data collection and managementCollaborate with program leadership to identify opportunities for processimprovements, recommend system modifications, and develop policies fordata governanceDocument analysis processes for replication by stakeholdersProvide technical expertise in data storage structures, data management,and data cleansingCoordinate with product owners and software developers to log enhancements andtest new releases of FTI technology capabilitiesAssist with identifying, setting up, and managing company InternalResearch and Development projects for existing and new technology solutionsProvide technical business development support as neededTravel to Government sites, Contractor sites, and other FTI sites isexpected to be 10% of normal operational dutiesEducation/QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field of study (business, dataanalytics, or related field)5+ years actively working in a data analytics field5+ years' experience with analytical/business intelligence toolsExperience with management and collaborative tools such as Confluence,Jira, and SharePointExperience with Agile software developmentExperience structuring course of action assessments, facilitatingcost-benefit analyses, and conducting business case analysisSkilled at analyzing, visualizing, and telling stories with dataExperience with space systems and military customers, terminology, andprocesses preferredAdvanced skills with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel andPowerPointAble to communicate clearly and conciselyMust be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a GovernmentTop Secret security clearanceFTI is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
