Check out the details below.iiWhat youill doOpens and processes new deposit accounts and provides information on bank products and services.Actively sells, cross sells and refers bank products and services to both new and existing customers to meet individual, branch and bank goals either in person, over the phone, or through electronic means.iActively identifies customeris current and future financial needs by deepening of customer relationships, having a strong knowledge of bank products/services as well as involvement in the community as a representative of the bank.iEnsures that the highest levels of customer service are provided by promptly greeting and responding to the needs of customers, whether that be in person, over the phone, or through electronic means.Identifies, researches and resolves both simple and complex customer service issues and inquiries.Operates a cash drawer on a consistent basis. Efficiently and accurately processes transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, etc.) while maintaining an accurate cash balance and an accurate record of all transactions. Cashes checks within assigned limits.iBalances cash drawer and prepares settlements of cash and proof transactions. iIssues money orders, cashiers and travelers checks, and gift cards.
