The Role
The HII Corporate Director of Enterprise Technology Services will lead the operations of foundational technology services shared across the enterprise. Based out of the Arlington, VA office, this role will oversee critical areas, including enterprise applications, platform services, collaboration tools, service management, and network infrastructure, ensuring optimization, modernization, and continuous support in a 24x7 operational environment. The Director will collaborate with senior leadership, including the CIO office and other executive leaders, to identify and drive opportunities for enhancing shared core services across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategy: Provide leadership and direction for the Enterprise Technology Services function, with a focus on optimizing and modernizing shared core services that are foundational to the enterprise.
Enterprise Applications and Platforms: Oversee the management and support of enterprise applications and platform services, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and operational requirements.
Operational Excellence: Drive improvements in operational processes, focusing on efficiency, resilience, and performance across the entire technology stack.
Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with the CIO and leadership team to identify additional opportunities to expand shared core services, ensuring alignment with overall technology and business strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive and board-level leadership, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Technology Modernization: Lead efforts to modernize enterprise infrastructure and optimize systems, focusing on delivering value to the business through scalable and secure technology services.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 10 years of applicable, progressive professional and/or supervisory work experience OR Master's degree and 8 years of relevant work experience.
