Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to serve as Pool Attendant for a rapidly growing and dynamic property management organization. This position is responsible for assisting with the upkeep of the pool and surrounding area, as well as ensuring all patrons adhere to community pool guidelines. This is an outstanding career opportunity for an experienced professional to be part of a passionate team of A players, committed to Bonaventure's formula for success: Happy Employees=Happy Customers=Successful Business. This position will report to the Property Manager.
Responsibilities will include:
Check pool chemicals daily and adjust to maintain proper levels.
Remove large debris from the pool using appropriate equipment
Walk the pool area daily to ensure it remains neat and free of garbage/debris
Organize & straighten pool furniture.
Maintain a clean equipment/chemical storage area.
Always maintain good relations with residents.
Perform any additional duties assigned by the Property Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor.
Qualifications:
Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction.
Basic knowledge of pool chemicals; CPO certification preferred
Ability to work all assigned hours, including Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.
Must be able to arrive on time.
