Overview
Are you a creative sound producer that lives and breathes sports? Audacy is looking for a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Imaging Director to lead creative production for the 2400Sports podcast network.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle a large workload. You have experience as a sound editor and are keenly aware of trending national sports news. You are an excellent script writer and work well under tight deadlines. You are a great communicator and love to collaborate across different verticals within an organization.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Responsible for managing the creative imaging needs of Audacy's sports podcast studio, 2400Sports
Work collaboratively with the Operations Manager and Production Manager to develop best in class podcast branding elements
Develop and disseminate a comprehensive podcast imaging strategy
Produce all podcast show opens, rejoiners, branded features and segments, and any other needs from the 2400Sports and also national sports team as assigned on a case-by-case basis
Coordinate script reads with designated VO talent
Ensure all podcast imaging runs smoothly and is optimized for quality
Manage all audio approval processes
Consistently Identify and update potential stale elements to refresh podcast sound
Maintain a production library and research potential contributions
Qualifications

Required:
Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent work experience
5+ years of total work experience in creative imaging roles in sports media
Proficient in Adobe Audition or similar audio editing software
Understanding of the podcasting and sports audio landscape
Superb organizational skills, attention to detail and time-management
Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides or other similar applications is a bonus
Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
Ability to efficiently work independently, while having a knack for leading a collaborative process
Capacity to multitask
