As a Material Handler/Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for material distribution throughout the warehouse. * 1st shift, 5:00am start * 2nd shift, 5:00pm start. * $19.30/hr. + shift differential for 2nd shift * Forklift * Unload inbound materials (not limited to small parts) * Verify material quantities by checking packing slips, pointing out discrepancies to the Receiving Clerk * Label inbound materials upon receipt in AIMS * Move inbound materials into correct locations into the hardware crib * Pull orders for production departments (both scheduled and as called) * Maintain clean working environment in the hardware crib, dock, and other areas in department * Other related duties as assigned * Experience with forklift operation (propane and electric) highly preferred * Good attendance is required * Strong math skills; ability to use a calculator. * Previous experience with scan guns preferred. * Can work well both as a team and independently. * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively. * Team oriented with a proven safety and attendance record. * Ability to work with a diverse work force. * Ability to work in a fast paced environment. * Ability to handle multiple tasks. * Work overtime as required. * Bilingual (English/Spanish) will be considered a plus. * Must have a HS Diploma or GED #AM-CedarRapidsPlant All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
