CTG is seeking to fill a Sales Operations Specialist opening for our client in Morrisville, NC.
Location: Morrisville, NC (hybrid remote, work in the office 3 days and from home 2 days a week)
Duration: 12+ months, with possibility for extension
Overview: The primary objective for this role is to streamline and improve the sales operation process in the handling of funding for -Sales-led events-, ensuring that sales teams, event partners and internal personnel understand the process and requirements to request, administer, collect the correct POE and claim those funds Intel is offering in support of these events. This role will focus on managing the end-to-end process.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand, implement, and execute on the end-to-end process, from deal registration, PO/PR submittal, and approval thru to collecting and submitting the Proof of Execution.
Collaborate with Alliance Partners, Event Coordinators, and Sales Teams to educate them on event budgets, POE requirements, and the claims process, ensuring adherence to all requirements.
Become proficient in procurement tools (ARIBA) and Alliance Partner CCP processes. Enter events into the tool and ensure timely filing of activities and claims for funding.
Escalate issues to the Alliances Program Manager as necessary to resolve challenges and streamline processes.
