Overview

Audacy is seeking a senior operations executive to lead the team of product/sales operations professionals responsible for fulfilling Digital Marketing Solutions (DMS) campaigns across Search, Social, Email, OTT/Video and Reach/Programmatic Extension. This role will report into the SVP, Digital Revenue Operations and will work alongside Ops leadership in Ad Operations, Key Accounts and Customer Success to ensure flawless execution and maximum performance of digital campaigns. This role will work in lock-step with DMS Sales and Ad Product Leaders to define quarterly objectives, standardize business reporting, and to ensure a process for constant communication and feedback.

The VP Extension Operations will be responsible for Product Operations teams. The Product Operations teams fulfillclient campaigns across a variety of extension vendors and platforms.

This leader is experienced with establishing process and problem-solving capabilities. The VP Extension Operations will also provide input on client facing performance dashboard for all digital related campaigns. VP, Extension Operations will manage best in class ongoing relationships with our partners.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Leads the ongoing relationship with partners in conjunction with the Product Ops leads

  • Manages fulfillment ops process per team to maximize team productivity, accuracy and customer success

  • Supervises and provides direction to Product Operation teams

  • Be first line of communication for escalations with markets and/or partnerships

  • Reviews, analyzes and recommends changes needed in company process and strategy to higher management that directly impacts sales execution

  • Works closely with Product, Sales Leadership, Operations teams on projects for company priorities

  • Hire, Train and onboard Product Operations team as needed

  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

More About You:

Required & Preferred:

  • At least 5 years of experience managing a digital fulfillment team either at a media company or an agency

  • A thorough understanding across Digital marketing services and capabilities

  • Digital Agency experience a plus

  • Proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales process and seeks ways to reduce friction so the sales process can run smoother and faster

  • Increase sales productivity by simplifying process and implement sales automation tools

  • Drive tactical planning throughout all levels of the organization closest to the customer

  • Experience with Performance/Reporting Tracking Software

  • Experience with Workflow Management Software

  • Comfortable presenting to and interacting to large groups and senior management

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with dynamic priorities and time pressures

  • Ability to successfully collaborate with key agency partners and teams

Position reports to the SVP of Revenue Operations
